Dr. Bhavesh Kumar is a senior expert in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic injuries and complaints of the limbs and spine. He uses his training and postgraduate qualifications in surgery, general medicine, and high performance Sports Medicine. He has designed and delivered degree programs in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London. He uses diagnostic ultrasound and imaging-guided treatments such as steroid, PRP, prolotherapy, and Hyaluronic acid injections, as well as shockwave therapy. He is Chief Medical Officer at Reading Football Club and has worked with elite athletes across professional sports including Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.
