Andrea Garcia Malledo

Andrea Garcia Malledo is a second-year doctoral student in the counseling psychology program at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has experience working with families and children experiencing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Andrea also has experience working with adults receiving mental health services in inpatient settings. As a native Spanish speaker, she uses her language skills to connect with individuals whose first language is not English or who have a multicultural background. Andrea utilizes a client-centered, strength-based approach and is culturally affirming and inclusive.
