Das Angebot umfasst mobile Betreuung, Tages- und Wochenendhospiz, Geschwisterbegleitung sowie Trauerbegleitung. Ziel ist es, Familien in ihrem Alltag zu entlasten und ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, die verbleibende Zeit mit ihrem Kind so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
