Von 2008 bis 2014 absolvierte sie ihre Facharztausbildung für Innere Medizin sowie Zusatzfacharztausbildung für Gastroenterologie und Hepatologie an der Medizinischen Universität Wien. Sie war wissenschaftlich an der Abteilung für Innere Medizin III, Division für Gastroenterologie und Hepatologie, tätig und arbeitete in der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Peter Ferenci und Prof. Harald Hofer. Beinhardt ist Ass. Professor und Oberärztin am Universitätsklinikum St. Pölten sowie Oberärztin am Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder Wien. Sie etablierte und leitet die Spezialambulanz für Lebererkrankungen sowie eine Spezialambulanz für Nachsorge und Betreuung von Patient:innen nach Lebertransplantation. Beinhardt ist Principal Investigator der NUT-3-Studie zur medikamentösen Therapie der Fettlebererkrankung/MAFLD und Stationsführende Oberärztin der Inneren Medizin an der Inquisiten-Station der Barmherzigen Brüder Wien. Sie ist Autorin zahlreicher internationaler Publikationen und Vortragende auf diversen Kongressen und Fortbildungen.
