Prim. Univ. Prof. Dr. Oliver Findl, MBA, FEBO ist Facharzt für Augenheilkunde und Optometrie mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Katarakt-, Netzhaut- und Hornhautchirurgie. Er war von 1994 bis 2006 an der Universitätsklinik für Augenheilkunde am AKH Wien tätig, anschließend drei Jahre als leitender chirurgischer Oberarzt am Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Seit 2009 leitet er die Augenabteilung am Hanusch-Krankenhaus Wien. Mit über 1000 Grauer-Star-Operationen pro Jahr zählt er zu den erfahrensten Augenchirurgen Österreichs. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen die Präzisionsbiometrie, Nachstarvermeidung und die Entwicklung neuer Kunstlinsen. Er ist ehemaliger Präsident der ESCRS und hat zahlreiche internationale Auszeichnungen erhalten.
