Dr. Andreas Haidmayer ist Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Rheumatologie mit eigener Wahlarztordination in Graz. Er absolvierte sein Studium der Humanmedizin an der Medizinischen Universität Graz und seine Facharztausbildung an der Universitätsklinik für Innere Medizin, Abteilung für Rheumatologie und Immunologie. Seit 2009 beschäftigt er sich mit der Rheumatologie, insbesondere mit entzündlichen Wirbelsäulenerkrankungen (Spondyloarthritiden, Morbus Bechterew). Er war als Assistenzarzt und später als Facharzt am Universitätsklinikum für Innere Medizin in Graz tätig. Seit 2021 führt er seine eigene Wahlarztordination mit Schwerpunkt Rheumatologie. Er ist Mitglied der Austrian SPondyloArthritis Taskforce und Gründungsmitglied des Arbeitskreises „Rheuma und Lunge“. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen axiale Spondyloarthritis, Psoriasisarthritis, Mikrobiom und Bildgebung (MRT, Sonographie).
