Univ.Prof. Dr. Radek Hart ist Facharzt für Orthopädie und Traumatologie mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung und einer Spezialisierung auf Ellenbogen- und Fußchirurgie. Er absolvierte sein Medizinstudium an der Masaryk-Universität in Brünn und schloss seine Dissertation (PhD) 2002 ab. Nach Habilitation (2004) wurde er 2008 als jüngster Orthopäde der Geschichte zum Professor ernannt. Seit 2010 ist er Mitglied der Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS). Er leitete von 2003 bis 2022 die orthopädische Abteilung in Znaim, die er zur Universitätsklinik ausbaute. Seit August 2024 ist er als Oberarzt in der Klinik Ottakring in Wien tätig. Sein klinischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der gesamten Bandbreite der Orthopädie inklusive Wirbelsäulenchirurgie, Gelenkersatz (Hüfte, Knie, Schulter, Ellenbogen, Sprunggelenk), Arthroskopie, Knorpelrekonstruktion, Umstellungsosteotomien, Hand- und Fußchirurgie. Seine besondere Expertise gilt dem Ellenbogengelenk und dem Fuß. Er ist Autor von acht Fachbüchern und über 115 wissenschaftlichen Artikeln.
