Er verfügt über Zusatzausbildungen in Homöopathie und Akupunktur und war langjähriger Präsident der Österreichischen Ärztegesellschaft für Akupunktur. Sein Behandlungsspektrum umfasst sowohl konservative Methoden (Physiotherapie, Infiltrationen, Akupunktur, Stoßwellentherapie) als auch arthroskopische und minimalinvasive chirurgische Techniken, insbesondere bei Rotatorenmanschettenrissen, Schulterinstabilität, Schultersteife, Arthrose und Kalkschulter.
