We do not store profile photos: your browser loads the image directly from the source. If it is deleted or replaced there, it is no longer shown on Schnelltermin either. The exception is an image uploaded in the Arzt-Portal, which we do store.
Schnelltermin processes publicly available professional information so that patients can search for and compare suitable doctors. We base this processing on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The Austrian Supreme Court has also considered doctor platforms and the processing of publicly available professional data about doctors, recognising that the information interests of patients and the public can constitute a legitimate interest within the required balancing of interests.
