Dr. Kovar hat sich auf die Behandlung von Rückenschmerzen, Gelenksbeschwerden, Beschwerden der Halswirbelsäule, Cervicalsyndrom, Tennis- oder Golferellbogen, Karpaltunnelsyndrom sowie die orthopädische Anwendung von Hyaluronsäure, Botulin und Stammzellentherapie (PRP) spezialisiert. Seine internationale Erfahrung umfasst Kliniken in den USA, Israel, Großbritannien, Saudi-Arabien und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten.
