Dr. Walter Kozak studierte Medizin an der Universität Wien und promovierte 1986. Während des Studiums war er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der 1. Univ. Frauenklinik Wien mit Schwerpunkt Kinderwunsch und Fertilitätsdiagnostik. Nach der Promotion arbeitete er am Ludwig Boltzmanninstitut für Fertilitätsbehandlung und am Österreichischen Bundesinstitut für Gesundheitswesen. Dr. Kozak absolvierte seine Fachausbildung in Chirurgie und Gynäkologie/Geburtshilfe, bevor er die Fachausbildung in Urologie am Donauspital begann, wo er bis 2000 als Oberarzt tätig war. Seit 1995 ist er Privatordination in Wien mit allen Kassen und seit 2002 in 1180 Wien. Dr. Kozak ist Fellow of the European Board of Urology (F.E.B.U.), Mitglied in mehreren Fachgesellschaften und seit 2007 stellvertretender Vorsitzender in der Wiener Fachgruppe der Urologen.
