Univ.-Prof. Dr. Rainer Kunstfeld ist ein renommierter Dermatologe und Venerologe mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der akademischen und klinischen Praxis. Er war wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie im AKH Wien und promovierte 1995 in Wien. Er war Generalsekretär der ÖGDV und leitete das Dermatologikum Wien. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen experimentelle Therapien für entzündliche und onkologische Hauterkrankungen sowie die Erforschung von Hautkrebs und Psoriasis. Kunstfeld ist zudem bekannt für seine klinische Tätigkeit, die sich auf die Früherkennung und Behandlung von Hautkrebs sowie operative Eingriffe konzentriert.
