Dr. Asha Leisser ist Fachärztin für Nuklearmedizin mit Schwerpunkt Schilddrüse und Knochengesundheit. Sie ist Oberärztin an der Abteilung für nuklearmedizinische Diagnostik und Therapie der Klinik Donaustadt und leitet dort seit April 2024 das Nuklearmedizinische Labor. Ihre Spezialisierung umfasst sonographische Abklärung und Verlaufskontrollen von Schilddrüsenveränderungen, Diagnostik und Behandlung von Autoimmunerkrankungen der Schilddrüse (Hashimoto, Morbus Basedow), Schilddrüsendysfunktionen bei Kinderwunsch und in der Schwangerschaft, Nachsorgeuntersuchungen beim Schilddrüsenkarzinom sowie Diagnostik und Behandlung der Osteoporose.
