Er ist zertifiziert in Fußchirurgie, Osteoporosefragen, Anti-Doping und Fraktursonographie im Wachstumsalter. Seine Ordination ‚ortho-maier‘ in Wien, Mariahilfer Straße 89a/1/25, bietet präzise Diagnostik und individuelle Therapie mit Fokus auf Ultraschalldiagnostik, ultraschallgesteuerte Infiltrationstherapie, Fast-Track-Chirurgie und Behandlung von Erkrankungen großer Gelenke, der Hand und des Fußes. Dr. Maier ist Lehrender an der Medizinischen Universität Wien und im Wiener Gesundheitsverbund sowie Mitglied in zahlreichen Fachgesellschaften wie der ÖGU, GFFC, ÖGH und ÖGKM.
