Dr. Tobias Mayr wurde 1979 in Innsbruck geboren und wuchs im Tiroler Unterland auf. Er absolvierte sein Studium der Humanmedizin an der Medizinischen Universität Innsbruck. Nach der Promotion 2007 begann er die Ausbildung zum Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin und schloss diese 2010 mit der Ausbildung zum Facharzt für Allgemeinchirurgie mit dem Additivfach Viszeralchirurgie ab. Seit 2016 war er stationsführender Oberarzt und Leiter der Koloproktologischen Ambulanz am Bezirkskrankenhaus Kufstein. Seine Schwerpunkte umfassen Endoskopie, Diagnostik und Behandlung von Venenerkrankungen, Sonographie und Hernienchirurgie. Im Frühjahr 2022 eröffnete er seine Wahlarztordination in Kufstein.
