Dr. Rudolf Mayrhofer ist Facharzt für Radiologie. Er wurde 1968 in Steyr geboren und maturierte 1986. Nach dem Medizinstudium an der Universität Wien (1986–1993) und der Promotion 1993 leistete er Präsenzdienst. Seine Turnusarztzeit verbrachte er am LKH Steyr, die Facharztausbildung in Wien (1996–2001). Seit 2001 ist er Facharzt für Radiologie. Er war Oberarzt am LKH Steyr (2003–2014) und am Salzkammergutklinikum (2015) sowie Facharzt am Institut für bildgebende Diagnostik in Waidhofen/Ybbs. Seit 1. Juli 2019 ist er als Facharzt für Radiologie im CT und MRT Institut Dr. E. Rachinger tätig. Er ist Autor und Co-Autor wissenschaftlicher Artikel.
