Dr. Alexander Mildner ist Facharzt für Unfallchirurgie mit Zusatzqualifikationen in Sportmedizin und manueller Medizin. Nach der Promotion 1993 zum Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin absolvierte er die Facharztausbildung und war unter anderem in den Krankenhäusern Mödling, Neunkirchen und Stockerau tätig. Bis 2016 war er Oberarzt an der Unfallchirurgie des Landeskrankenhauses Korneuburg und anschließend ärztlicher Leiter des Rehabilitationszentrums Raxblick. Er betreut seit 1995 Leistungssportler und war Teamarzt u.a. beim FK Austria Wien und dem ÖFB U21. Dr. Mildner hat eigene Operationstechniken und Instrumentarien entwickelt, darunter die "Heal Screw" für Fersenbeinfrakturen. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Behandlung von Sportverletzungen und Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates, wobei er neben Operationen auch konservative Therapien wie regenerative Medizin, Stoßwellentherapie und Elektroakupunktur einsetzt. Er ist Wahlarzt und legt Wert auf persönliche Betreuung und flexible Terminvergabe.
