Prim. Univ.-Doz. Dr. med. Csilla Neuchrist studierte von 1979 bis 1985 Humanmedizin an der Universität Wien und promovierte 1985 zum Doktor der Medizin. Nach Assistenzen in Pathologie und Neuropathologie spezialisierte sie sich auf Hals-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde, wurde 1991 Fachärztin für HNO-Heilkunde und erhielt 2002 die Venia legendi für das Gebiet Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenheilkunde. Sie war Oberärztin an der Wiener Universitätsklinik für HNO und Kopf-Hals-Chirurgie, seit 1998 in leitender Funktion. Dr. Neuchrist ist Mitglied in nationalen und internationalen wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaften wie der Österreichischen und Deutschen Gesellschaft für Hals-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde sowie der European Laryngological Society. Ihre Schwerpunkte umfassen Tumor-Neangiogenese, Tumorimmunologie, Onkologie mit Kopf-Hals-Chirurgie, Laryngologie, Parotischirurgie und endoskopische Nasennebenhöhlenchirurgie.
