Ao. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Ortler, MSc., ist ein renommierter Neurochirurg mit langjähriger Erfahrung und akademischer Laufbahn. Er studierte Medizin an der Universität Innsbruck und promovierte dort. Seine Facharztausbildung absolvierte er an der Universitätsklinik für Neurochirurgie in Innsbruck. Dr. Ortler war als Assistenzarzt, Oberarzt und später als Abteilungsvorstand an der Neurochirurgischen Abteilung der Klinik Landstraße in Wien tätig. Er ist assoziierter Professor für Neurochirurgie an der Medizinischen Universität Innsbruck und hat zahlreiche internationale Fellowships absolviert, darunter an der Universitätsklinik für Epileptologie in Bonn. Dr. Ortler ist Mitglied in mehreren renommierten Fachgesellschaften, darunter der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Neurochirurgie, der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Neurochirurgie und der European Association of Neurological Surgeons. Seine Schwerpunkte umfassen die Behandlung von Gefäßerkrankungen (z.B. Carotisstenose, Aneurysmen), Tumoren im Kopf, Rückenmark und Wirbelsäule, Wirbelsäulenerkrankungen, Erkrankungen peripherer Nerven, Liquorzirkulationsstörungen und komplexe Epilepsie. Dr. Ortler ist zudem gerichtlich beeideter Sachverständiger für das Fach Neurochirurgie und hat zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Publikationen veröffentlicht.
