Dr. Carlos A. Henríquez Puig ist Facharzt für Orthopädie und orthopädische Chirurgie. Er wurde 1974 in Barcelona geboren und studierte Medizin an der Universität Barcelona. Seine chirurgische Ausbildung absolvierte er in England (MRCS) in den Bereichen Unfallchirurgie, Notfallmedizin, Allgemeinchirurgie, HNO und Herz-Thoraxchirurgie. Von 2005 bis 2010 erfolgte die Facharztausbildung an der Universitätsklinik für Orthopädie im AKH Wien. Anschließend war er von 2011 bis 2017 Oberarzt an der orthopädischen Abteilung im LK Neunkirchen und von 2012 bis 2017 neuroorthopädisch konsiliarisch tätig. Seit 2018 ist er Oberarzt an der orthopädischen Abteilung des Evangelischen Krankenhauses Wien. Seine Schwerpunkte umfassen Endoprothetik (Knie und Hüfte), arthroskopische Kniechirurgie, Handchirurgie und Fußchirurgie. Er bietet sowohl konservative Therapien (Faszien-Therapie, Triggertherapie, Infiltrationen, Stoßwellentherapie) als auch operative Eingriffe an.
