Nach dem Medizinstudium in Graz arbeitete sie drei Jahre in Deutschland, wo sie ihre Facharztausbildung für Innere Medizin begann. Sie kehrte nach Graz zurück und war mehrere Jahre an der Klinik für Strahlentherapie am LKH Graz tätig. Nach der Geburt ihrer beiden Kinder arbeitete sie als Allgemeinmedizinerin auf der Kinderchirurgie des LKH Graz. Dr. Quitt legt großen Wert auf einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf die Gesundheit und integriert neben klassischer Schulmedizin auch ganzheitliche Medizin in ihre Praxis. Besonders wichtig ist ihr eine gesunde und achtsame Ernährung zur Prävention von Erkrankungen. Sie ist zertifiziert als Notarzt, hat ein ÖÄK-Fortbildungsdiplom und ein Diplom für Homöopathie.
