About the doctor
Dr. Monika Schneider ist Fachärztin für Kinder- und Jugendheilkunde. Nach dem Studium in Wien und Forschungstätigkeit am Kinderkrebsforschungsinstitut absolvierte sie eine fundierte Ausbildung zur Fachärztin im St. Anna Kinderspital. Sie war als Assistenzärztin bzw. clinical fellow für pädiatrische Hämatologie und Onkologie an renommierten Kinderkliniken in London, Toronto und Brüssel tätig. Seit 2014 arbeitet sie als Oberärztin im St. Anna Kinderspital mit Schwerpunkt auf Betreuung von Kindern mit Bluterkrankungen, Gefäßerkrankungen und Nachsorge von Krebserkrankungen. Als Mama legt sie Wert auf ein entspanntes Umfeld und ehrliches Zuhören.
