Dr. Siorpaes war Oberarzt ebendort (1985–1987) und leitete später die orthopädische Abteilung am BKH St. Johann/Tirol (1993–2020) mit 50 Betten sowie die physikalische Therapie. Seit 2020 ist er Stv. Ärztliche Leitung der Privatklinik Ritzensee. Seine Spezialgebiete sind Fußchirurgie und Prothesen, wobei er sich durch zahlreiche Publikationen und Vorträge auszeichnet. Dr. Siorpaes setzt auf minimalinvasive Methoden, moderne Operationsverfahren und hochwertige Implantate. Seine Zusatzausbildungen umfassen manuelle Medizin, Neuraltherapie und ärztliche Hypnose.
