Mag. Monika Speil ist Klinische und Gesundheitspsychologin, Personzentrierte Psychotherapeutin und Dipl.-Pädagogin. Sie hat sich früh für Menschen und deren Lebensgeschichten interessiert und begann ihre Karriere als Volksschullehrerin, um anschließend Berufserfahrung in der Schulpsychologie zu sammeln. Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen unter anderem die Arbeit beim Hilfswerk Korneuburg, als Univ.-Lektorin am Institut für Bildungswissenschaften/Psychologie, im Österreichischen Zentrum für psychologische Gewaltprävention sowie in der Schulpsychologie in Niederösterreich und Wien. Zudem war sie in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychosomatik der Kinderklinik Glanzing im Wilhelminenspital tätig und engagierte sich ehrenamtlich in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit. Sie bietet psychotherapeutische Behandlung für Menschen mit aktuellen oder längerfristigen Problemen an, wobei sie sich auf eine vertrauensvolle, prozessorientierte Gesprächsführung konzentriert.
