Er ist international als Gastprofessor tätig und veranstaltet jährlich einen der weltweit führenden Kurse für arthroskopische Kiefergelenkchirurgie in Wien. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in der Entwicklung und Anwendung arthroskopischer Techniken sowie der biomechanischen Analyse des Kiefergelenks.
