Assoc. Prof. Priv. Doz. Dr. Florian Wolf ist stellvertretender Leiter der Abteilung für Kardiovaskuläre und Interventionelle Radiologie an der Universitätsklinik für Radiologie und Nuklearmedizin der Medizinischen Universität Wien (AKH Wien). Er ist Facharzt für Radiologie mit Schwerpunkt Interventionelle Radiologie. Seine klinische Tätigkeit umfasst die gesamte interventionelle Radiologie (vaskulär und nicht-vaskulär), kardiovaskuläre Bildgebung, onkologische und allgemeine radiologische Bildgebung sowie muskuloskeletale Bildgebung. Er hat an der Universität Wien Medizin studiert und 2000 promoviert. Nach der Facharztausbildung an der Medizinischen Universität Wien ist er seit 2009 leitender Oberarzt, seit 2011 Privatdozent und seit 2016 Assoziierter Professor. Seine wissenschaftlichen Schwerpunkte liegen in der kardiovaskulären Bildgebung und interventionellen Radiologie mit zahlreichen Publikationen. Er ist Mitglied mehrerer Fachgesellschaften (CIRSE, ESR, ÖGIR u.a.) und Reviewer für internationale Fachzeitschriften.
