Dr. Wolfgang Zinser ist Facharzt für Orthopädie und Traumatologie mit dem Schwerpunkt gelenkerhaltende Chirurgie an Hüfte, Knie und Sprunggelenk. Er war langjährig als Primarius und Ärztlicher Direktor einer großen deutschen Klinik tätig und ist seit 2024 Sektionsleiter für Sport und gelenkerhaltende Hüft-Osteotomie der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Orthopädie und Traumatologie (ÖGOuT). Dr. Zinser ist Vorstandsvorsitzender der QKG (Gesellschaft für Knorpelregeneration & Gelenkerhalt), AGA-Instruktor und Mitglied des AGA Hüftkomitees sowie zertifizierter Knorpelspezialist (QKG) für Hüfte, Knie und Sprunggelenk. Er verfügt über die Zusatzbezeichnungen Sportmedizin, Spezielle Orthopädische Chirurgie und das Zertifikat Fußchirurgie (DAF). Als ehemaliger Leichtathletik-Nationalmannschaftsmitglied betreut und berät er als Sportmediziner u.a. den ÖSV Nachwuchskader. Sein Behandlungsspektrum umfasst konservative und operative Therapien, wobei er bevorzugt minimalinvasive und arthroskopische Techniken einsetzt, um Gelenke zu erhalten. Er ist Autor zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher Publikationen und Referent auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen. Dr. Zinser ist zudem Mitglied der AGA, ÖGOuT, GOTS, ÖGSMP, BVOU, ICRS, ISHA, ESSKA, DAF und AE.
