Sie wuchs in Leibnitz auf und studierte Psychologie an der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. Während ihres Studiums absolvierte sie Praktika auf den Abteilungen Neurologie und Psychiatrie im Landeskrankenhaus Graz II. Nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Klinischen Psychologin an der Privatklinik Lassnitzhöhe und am Institut für Kind, Jugend und Familie, arbeitete sie in verschiedenen Einrichtungen wie dem LKH Bruck an der Mur, Privatklinik Lassnitzhöhe, Justizanstalt Graz-Jakomini und Institut für Familienförderung. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte umfassen Angststörungen, Traumastörungen, somatoforme Störungsbilder sowie neurologische Erkrankungszustände. Seit Anfang 2026 ist sie in der Spezialisierung Klinische Neuropsychologie eingetragen und befindet sich in Weiterbildung in Kinderneuropsychologie und Psychologischer Schmerzbehandlung. Sie ist Mitglied des Roten Kreuzes und engagiert sich in ihrer Freizeit durch Lesen, Sport und Reisen.
